Today I met Matthew Parris, journalist, presenter and former MP. We provided the sound reinforcement for an event at the Arundel Arms Hotel, Lifton at which Matthew was the guest speaker and very good he was too. The event was a celebration of the first years trading of Folk 2 Folk, a Launceston based company that brokers loans between local lenders and borrowers. Having lent £23 million in the last twelve months without any defaults and with a return of 7% approx for the lender it’s no wonder they’re celebrating!
