Whether it is a straight forward lecture or a more complex public meeting we can certainly provide all of your audio-visual hire requirements with quality sound, video presentation, hearing loop and additional lighting if necessary. We can also provide staging, backdrops, lecterns, Comms, video relay and more….
We can ‘dry hire’ equipment to you with the options of delivery, assembly and collection by one of our engineers or you can have the event staffed with the necessary technicians. Many venues have made efforts to provide the necessary audio-visual equipment but don’t always have a technical member of staff at hand. We are more than happy to augment existing on site equipment with our own (subject to suitability) and operate the in-house equipment if permitted.
